I have a unique combination of experience of both 13 years as a blue-chip CMO and CCO, strategy & innovation director, with entrepreneurial digital innovation & transformation experience, and 13 years as the strategy director and leader of some of the best agencies in the world on some of the most admired global brands. I am obsessed by customer experience and have significant expertise in driving high growth in customer acquisition and retention, and brand launches / turnarounds. I am a respected thought leader and speaker on creativity, customer-centricity, digital innovation, digital transformation & game-changing marketing strategy.
